Full Day Preschool

Our Full Day preschool operates from 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday. You are free to use the hours you need. You may choose to come 2-3-4 or 5 days a week. Curriculum is planned by our professional teachers, and is based on the goals and objectives for each month. The children are engaged in planned activities in the mornings and afternoons. We work closely with all the children on teaching them lifelong skills within an atmosphere of love, caring and acceptance, taking into consideration what each child’s individual needs are. With our small classroom size we are able to have one-on-one time with each child throughout the day.

The “Terrific 2’s” stay and play in their classroom for the duration of the school day. There are 6 children with a teacher in the class. We work with the children on many skills that are essential to learn at a young age, from how to verbally communicate what their wants and needs are, to how to make friends and play with them. The children learn how life around them works.

The 3 Year-Olds and Pre-K children change classrooms throughout the day. If you click on “Classrooms” you can read more about each one of them. In these programs we have 10 children in the class with a teacher.
In our 3’s program we work strongly on the developmental stages of the whole child. Everything that has to do with their growing bodies and that they are socially and emotionally well balanced. The children are learning to work closely with their peers through play and they learn lifelong skills that, as they get older, they can master easily with a firm foundation.

With the Pre-K children we go over everything that is expected of them when they enter Kindergarten. Many of the children learn more than they “should know” as we challenge them to reach their full potential and keep their interest by a diverse curriculum. As the children Graduate from the program they are confident and ready for the elementary school challenges along with social skills that will benefit them for life.

All children are given two healthy snacks during the day. You have a choice of purchasing lunch or bringing a lunch to school. You may click on the “Lunch Menu” below to see what is being served today.

Nap Time is approximately two hours, 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. We provide a cot and a sheet (washed weekly); your child will just need a small pillow and blanket for naptime and may bring a cuddly toy to sleep with if he or she wants one.
